Hi I'm Rachael,

I support professionals like you who no longer want to have to choose between their work and their wellbeing.

I help them discover how to enjoy their work and do it well, while also prioritising their wellbeing and avoiding burnout.

They gain crystal-clear clarity around what they want and need to thrive in the next phase of their career (and their lives).  And most importantly, they build the confidence to get unstuck and actually make it happen.

I help them to learn to manage their energy (not just their time) and grow their self-belief, so they can create the fulfilment, purpose and well-being that allows them to feel more like themselves again.   

My experience shows me that when we consistently prioritise our wellbeing, we have greater capacity to thrive – in both our personal and professional lives.  

I also know that this isn’t always as simple as it sounds!

Our work together will empower you to stop running yourself into the ground at the expense of your emotional and physical wellbeing  – and instead enjoy more satisfaction, purpose and fulfilment – without burning out.  

I bring a wealth of experience, training and creativity to my positive psychology coaching practice.

I have over 10 years of experience of working within the NHS as a doctor and continue to work portfolio style as a GP with an interest in menopause and women’s health alongside my coaching practice and teaching a weekly yoga class.
