Your name and email address is collected when you register to receive the newsletter, when you place an order for service or book an event. If you opt-in to receive our newsletter, the option to unsubscribe will be included at the bottom of every e-mail, or you can email directly rachael@purposeandpotential.co.uk to request to be removed from the e-mail list.
What type of information is collected from you?
We collect names and email addresses for the purpose of maintaining a community and marketing Purpose and Potential products and services. This includes sharing newsletters that contain writing, stories, discussion, resources, links, news, offers and updates.
If you purchase coaching services then I may also collect your postal address. Your physical address details are not added to our mailing list.
The Purpose and Potential website may use “cookies” to collect basic information about your connection to the Internet (for example, the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access the website, etc.).
How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
– Process orders and services you have booked and communicate regarding these
– Send you communications which you have requested and might be of interest to you. This includes newsletters for marketing purposes.
You have the right at any time to stop me from contacting you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from the emails and easily request for your data to be removed. At this point your data will be deleted from all systems.
The non-identifiable information collected by cookies is used only to assist in site management and development for statistical purposes.

Your information is never shared with any third parties and we promise to make every effort to keep it safe. The data will be stored securely on password protected systems.
