But how, you ask?

Well, this is the million dollar question, isn’t it? We all long to feel spacious, joyful and fulfilled and yet,  I imagine that this might not be your everyday lived experience right now (as is the case for so many of us)

However, there’s multiple ways to approach getting off the cycle of overthinking and overworking so you can feel spacious, joyful and fulfilled and create the impact that you dream of. And these will all be individual to us – so how on earth do we know which approach to take?!

And this can be a life’s work. It’s definitely mine. Sometimes it feels like my truth, other times it couldn’t be further away.

But what is true, is that we can offer ourselves this as a possibility. We can offer ourselves the choice to feel spacious, joyful and fulfilled. We can believe that overworking, overthinking and overdoing don’t have to be our default mode and instead choose to do things a little differently.

Making this choice, creating this intention and beginning to believe that things can be different creates space for possibility and for change. We don’t need to have all the answers right now. We don’t need to have an exact blueprint or roadmap (because that doesn’t exist.)

What we do need is to trust that things can be easier, if we allow ourselves to believe that it can.

One place to start for many of us is in rekindling our connection with our whole selves. Developing a dialogue with our body, listening to what she is telling us. Listening to the wisdom of our inner knowing and the whispers within us. Making decisions with our whole-bodied selves, rather than with solely our thoughts.  Thoughts, which when left to their own devices, are at the mercy of external influences and patriarchal societal conditioning  – which means they are constantly keeping us safe and small and avoiding any change whatsoever.

But there is another way.

Experiencing our whole-bodied selves.  Being more, instead of doing more  – that’s how we can move towards feeling joyful, spacious and fulfilled.

If this resonates with you in any way, I invite you to imagine what feeling more joyful, spacious and fulfilled might feel like for you?  What is your experience of this so far?
