What's included:

  • Pre-session prep for you to explore before we meet so you can get the most from our time together
  • An intensive 90 minute 1-1 coaching session with me (online or walking in nature).  You’ll come away with intentional actions and a plan to move you forward.
  • A 30 minute follow up call 4 weeks later to check in, review and refine.

All my coaching sessions are bespoke for your individual needs. I will also share any relevant resources that will support you, depending on your needs.

Details

Walking sessions usually start and finish at either Chorlton Water Park, or Fletcher Moss Park, Didsbury. I’m always open to discussing other locations – just drop me a message.
