As a positive psychology coach, I utilise evidence based tools and techniques to help you find more joy and wellbeing in the everyday, as well as make longer term changes so you can feel at your best in the aspects of your life that matter to you.

Wellbeing is not a one-size fits all - we all need an individual approach

That’s why coaching is far more effective than, say, on online course or reading a book.

We’ll start off by Exploring your current situation and using some validated wellbeing assessments to get a baseline of where you’re at currently.  

We’ll then…

  • Expand your awareness and your vision for change
  • Empower your mindset and build your self belief 
  • Evolve your self-identity, actions and behaviours

In our final session, Emerge, we will integrate the work we’ve done and make a plan for how you’ll sustain, support and grow after our work together is finished.
